WOW! You are living in Australia in the early 1900s, and have discovered a box, filled with treasure worth more than any money could afford. It belonged to your great grandparent, and provides a snapshot into Australian life in the early 1800s, before Federation. You decide to make your own box, so that in 100 years, your great grandchildren might find it, and will be able to learn about your life, and Australian life just after Federation.
You will be working in pairs to create both of
these boxes, using any information you already have, and information that you
gain through research about life in the colonies and life after Federation to
influence what you present.
